5. Step 5, please click these two selections to continue
6. Step 6, please also enable this button to make sure that the connection is working properly~
7. Then your Facebook will be automatically integrated into your Willdesk account, and you will be able to receive and reply to the Facebook messages on the Willdesk ~
8. How to distinct the message source to know which one is from Facebook Messenger?
If the message is from Facebook Messenger, there is going to be a small icon shown on the chat.
