The number of products that can be enabled in the AI knowledge base depends on your conversation plan:
- If your plan includes 1,000 conversations or fewer, the AI knowledge base can enable up to 1,000 products by default.
- If your plan includes more than 1,000 conversations, the number of enabled products will match the plan’s conversation limit.
Example:
- 2,000 conversations → 2,000 products
- 5,000 conversations → 5,000 products
If you upgrade your plan, the AI product limit will increase accordingly.
