1. Step 1: Please kindly go to App store > Live Chat.
2. Step 2: Please click Content > Enable Pre-chat survey, and enable the data collection button. This information collection popup will appear after the visitor clicks to start the chat.
3. Then you can choose to collect the name, email, and phone number of your customers.
PS: When the button is disabled, the user can enter the chat window to chat without filling in any information.
