Please follow the steps below to add the newly created Help Center/FAQ page to your site's header or footer navigation.
1. Step 1: Visit your store's admin panel.
2. Step 2: In Sales Channel on the left side menue, click on Online store → Navigation.
3. Step 3: Click on the menu where you would like to add the "FAQ" page. You can choose "Footer menu" or "Main menu".
4. Step 4: In Main menu, click Add menu item.
5. Step 5: Go to Willdesk → Help Center → Page setting → Content, and copy your Help Center URL.
6. Step 6: Back to Shopify, think of the name of your FAQ page, and paste your Help Center URL, don't forget to click Add button.
7. Step 7: Click Save menu and you should be all set.
Note: You can find related Link URLs after opening the FAQ icon in Chat Box and copying related article URLs like the one shared below.
8. Step 8: Click "Add" and then Please kindly check the final display shown in the screenshot below for your reference. Thank you!
