You can directly configure the subdomain to use the domain name of willdesk.help
You can also customize the domain name: When configuring a custom domain name, you need to change the configured domain name cname to faqcname.willdesk.com; Visit the admin console of your domain registrar (the website you bought your domain from) and create or update a CNAME so that it points to faqcname.willdesk.com
Note：
1. cname's target object points to faqcname.willdesk.com
2. cname example: A domain name cname to B domain name (Note: cname is domain name cname, not URL address cname)
3. A domain name is a customized help center domain name, pointing to B domain name is faqcname.willdesk.com
