1. Step 1: In Willdesk dashboard, please go to Settings -> Home -> Live chat.
2. Step 2: In the Appearance section-> Self service. Enable the Help Center.
3. Step 3: Click the Edit button next to Help Center then enable the order track button.
4. Now you can click on it to manage your orders.
5.You can also track your order by entering the order number and email address, or the tracking number.
