Willdesk allows you to easily modify AI-generated questions and answers for more accurate and personalized responses.
Method 1: Add Questions and Answers in the AI Knowledge Base
Step 1: Go to Automation → Knowledge → Question & Answer, click Add to create a new question and answer pair.
Step 2: Modify the question and answer as you need.

Tip: For better AI recognition, use complete questions like "Do you offer any discounts?" instead of single keywords like "discounts".
Step 3: Make sure the Questions are enabled so AI can use the answers to answer customers.

Method 2: Edit AI Answers Directly in a Conversation
If the AI response isn’t quite right, you can edit it instantly:
Step 1: Under the customer’s question, click Add answers to AI training.

Step 2: Modify or improve the answer as needed.

Step 3: Your changes will be saved in Knowledge, where you can further edit them anytime.

Recover Deleted AI Questions
Accidentally deleted an AI-generated question? No worries! Head to Dismiss, find the removed answer, and click the + button to restore it.
