1. Please kindly go to the Settings→ Survey.
2. Style your Survey
1) You can edit the survey title and the content of the message.
2) You can also embed external links (like your product survey) to direct customers to an external survey form.
3) Please also enable the button.
3. Additionally, you can choose to display a 5-star rating system or a like/dislike option.
4. Click the review push button to send out the survey
