This guide walks you through creating an email auto-reply rule in Willdesk. Follow the steps below:
1. Step 1: Please go to Automation → Automation rule → New from Templates.

2. Step 2: Choose the Email auto-reply template.

3. Step 3: Give your rule a clear and descriptive name.

4. Step 4: Set the Trigger Condition. Choose the condition when customer starts a new conversation

5. Step 5: Add a condition: If Email channel is [email protected] (one of your integrated email addresses).

6. Step 6: If you have multiple integrated email addresses, add another condition:
- Use "or" to add: Email channel is [email protected].
- Note: Avoid using "and" unless you want the rule to apply only when both conditions are met.

7. Step 7: Select the action Send email message.

8. Step 8: Click Set email template to personalize your auto-reply email.

9. Step 9: We have a template as a reference, but you can also style your email content.

10. Step 10: Click Save to finalize your rule.
