Willdesk offers two methods for setting up the Welcome Post. This article will introduce the first method, which is simple and designed for setting up basic text.

1. Step 1: Go to App Store -> Live Chat.
2. Step 2: Please go to Content -> Post. Edit the pop-up message that will be displayed to your customers.
1) Choose the correct store.
2) Enable the devices button that you want this pop-up message to display on.
3) Edit Welcome pop-up message's content.
3. Moreover, you can set up a separate Welcome Pop-up post for your specific store pages.
