How to Upload Website logo?
A logo in your live chat helps create a positive and professional experience for the customer. It strengthens your brand and increases the chances of a successful interaction.
  1.  Click the App Store Icon.

2. Select Live Chat. 
3. Click Customize 
4. Find out Website logo option and click the Upload button to upload the image you need.
5. Click the Save change button to keep the changes.
PS:
(1) Website logo uploading is a paid function, you have to be under at least a Basic Plan to use this function properly.
(2) The website logo only supports JPG/PNG format currently, the recommended size should be 1024*1024 px.
(3) You can upload the website logo for several integrated stores by selecting related options in the screenshot below.
