A conversation title will help you identify customers' issues and better manage your tickets when you search for them in the search bar.


1. When your conversation ends, you can summarize the issue and click [Add conversation title] to input some keywords.



2. When it's done, the conversation title will reflect on the ticket list, therefore, you can identify the conversations very quickly.
