At present, we support syncing Shopify orders. After you successfully integrate your Shopify account, we will automatically sync the orders under your Shopify account.
In the Orders section, you can view order details and understand customer purchasing behavior. Please kindly check the following screenshot for your reference.
The order detail is based on the customer's email. Please make sure your customers' orders are related to their emails first. If it's related but without order details, please provide the customer's email and order number, and we will help. Thank you very much!
If your store belongs to other platforms instead of Shopify, please contact us and we will update you when we support syncing orders from more platforms. Thank you for your understanding.
