Integration with Dropshipman: Easy Dropshipping
Willdesk integrates with Trackingmore API by default, and also integrates with Dropshipman: Easy Dropshipping on Shopify, allowing direct users to query order logistics information in real-time on the Willdesk widget to reduce customer service workload.Meanwhile, the customer service team can also obtain the user's order information on Willdesk's Inbox interface, allowing customer service to quickly obtain comprehensive user information and quickly handle user issues.Integration method:To integrate your store Willdesk with Dropshipman: Easy Dropshipping, please install Dropshipman: Easy Dropshipping first and have a Dropshipman Plus plan. How is the order tracker quota calculated?
If you are neither integrated with Parcel Panel app nor TrackingMore app in Shopify, only orders with tracking numbers that are earlier than 30 days and new orders when you enable the order track function will be calculated.If you have installed both Willdesk and Parcel Panel / TrackingMore in Shopify, the logistics data of the C-end widget will obtain the logistics data of Parcel Panel / TrackingMore by default. Meanwhile, Willdesk will not repeatedly calculate the order track quota for logistics inquiries from Parcel Panel / TrackingMore.When Parcel Panel / TrackingMore fails to get an order track result, or when you are out of tracking quota in Parcel Panel / TrackingMore, Willdesk will try to track the order for you, which will be calculated once you search the order.
How does order track work?
Willdesk order track is integrated with TrackingMore's API by default. If you are neither integrated with Parcel Panel nor TrackingMore in Shopify, Willdesk will use the default method to query using the Trackingmore API.If you have installed both Willdesk and Parcel Panel / TrackingMore in Shopify, the logistics data of the C-end widget will obtain the logistics data of Parcel Panel / TrackingMore by default. Meanwhile, Willdesk will not repeatedly calculate the order track quota for logistics inquiries from Parcel Panel / TrackingMore.Please kindly check the following setting instructions to set up order track:Step 1: Please go to Settings——Channels——Live Chat——Appearance——Set widget status to enable the order track button.Step 2: Order track on the C-side panel.Step 3: Support input email and order number query, you can search out order status by inputting related order number and email address. The way of working in Tracking Number is the same as what we operate under Order Number option.Step 4: After the query, the logistics details of the order will be displayed.Not satisfied with this page, please feel free to contact us. 
Will my orders be synced to Willdesk?
At present, we support syncing Shopify orders. After you successfully integrate your Shopify account, we will automatically sync the orders under your Shopify account.In the Orders section, you can view order details and understand customer purchasing behavior. Please kindly check the following screenshot for your reference.The order detail is based on the customer's email. Please make sure your customers' orders are related to their emails first. If it's related but without order details, please provide the customer's email and order number, and we will help. Thank you very much!If your store belongs to other platforms instead of Shopify, please contact us and we will update you when we support syncing orders from more platforms. Why doesn't my order track work?
Please don't worry~actually if we need to use the track order features, we might need to meet some requirements. 1. the order is created by the store which has installed our app.2.  The courier you are using must be integrated by us.If your order satisfies these two conditions, you can't track the order. Please come to us and we will help you with that. Please also kindly offer us the order number and the email of the order.  Also, please also tell us when you created the order. Not satisfied with this page, please feel free to contact us.
